Place & Date : —– [Your School Name] organised a Dengue Awareness Camp / Prevention Camp in a proper manner to spread awareness among the students as well as common people of the area about this deadly disease.
This campaign was held in our school auditorium hall at 10 a m. on [Date]. The school gate and auditorium hall was decorated with flowers , balloons , banners , placards which displayed safety measures for Dengue. Students , teachers , members of the school managing committee , some local people attended the programme.
The programme was started with rally by students with banners and placards. The rally moved around the locality to spread awareness among the common people about Dengue and its preventive measures. The main programme was started with the arrival of the chief guest , B.D.O. of our block.
The head of the institution , [Name], welcomed him cordially. The representative of health – ministry was also present in this programme. With their short speeches , they made us aware , how dangerous this disease is and about the symptoms , preventive and remedial measures of Dengue.
They also made us aware to keep our environment clean and to remove stagnant water that often becomes the breeding ground of mosquitoes carrying dengue , malaria and other diseases.
At last , the head of the institution , [Name] delivered his short speech about the importance of the camp and he also encouraged the students to spread awareness about the disease among the masses. The programme ended at around 3 p.m. with the wish of good and healthy life of all.
