Two Cats And A Monkey
Once upon a time there lived two cats in a village. One day they found a piece of bread beside a bakery. They wanted to divide the piece of bread into two equal pieces but they couldn’t. They began to fight over it. Just then a monkey passed by. He came to the cats and said , ” Friends why are you quarrel – ling ? I will settle your dispute”. They agreed to his proposal. The monkey split the bread into two uneven pieces. Then he ate a portion from the larger pieces. But this made the other pieces large. So it took a bite from the other piece. Thus the money ate both the pieces of bread and went away. Two foolish cats could eat nothing.
Moral –
Don’t invite a third party to settle your own dispute.
